What is Trip Protection?

Trip protection is non-refundable. Selection of the $8 Trip Protection gives you the flexibility to cancel up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time and still receive a full refund minus the non-refundable protection. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or cancelled before 3 hours, you have the option of rescheduling your trip at no additional cost. This option is not applicable to Events.
